We arrange commercial insurance for established Australian businesses, including Business Insurance/ISR, Business Interruption, Public & Products Liability, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, and Commercial Motor & Fleet.

What industries do you specialise in?

Our focus industries are Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, and Wholesale/Distribution, with supporting experience across other commercial sectors.

How quickly can you provide a quote?

Once we receive your current policy documents and key business details, we can usually confirm next steps within 1 business day and progress quotes as quickly as insurers allow (timing depends on complexity and insurer turnaround).

What do you need from me to get started?

The fastest way is to email your current policy schedule(s), certificates of currency, and renewal date(s). If you don’t have them handy, tell us your business activities, turnover, locations, and any claims history and we’ll guide you.

Do you re-market every year?

Not always. We focus on what’s best for your program — sometimes that means a full market review, other times it’s optimising cover, terms, and pricing with the current insurer. We’ll recommend the right approach based on your risk and renewal outcome.

Can you help with claims?

Yes. We assist with claims lodgement, insurer communication, and advocacy to help achieve a fair outcome and reduce disruption to your business.

Do you service businesses outside Queensland?

How do you get paid?

In most cases we’re paid by insurer commission, and we may also charge a broker fee for advice and service depending on the scope of work. We’ll always disclose costs clearly before proceeding.
